Wicks’ Doodles

About Us

My name is Deb Wicks.

My husband (Dave) and I live on a small farm of 22 acres with four horses, six dogs and a cat. I was born in Pennsylvania.

My husband and I lived in Idaho, Washington and Alaska. Now that we are back in PA to stay, I am living out my dream.

I have always wanted to breed dogs but never thought it would be Bernedoodles! I

fell in love with the breed! They are smart, good natured, lovable, and best of all the shedding is minimal to none! I decided I wanted others to experience the amazing joy of this breed and so the research and testing began.

We are strictly family operated. My husband and I have a passion for our animals.

They get the best of care from us and our vet. We give them all the love and attention like they are our own because they are born and raised in our home with us.

Our dogs are never in a kennel. You could say they are our family members before they are yours. We believe that puppies are healthier and better socialized when raised by a family, rather than a “professional” kennel with dozens of dogs.
